PRINCES HOUSE
Pads4grads was born out of a challenge. Could we could provide top-quality living spaces for students which was far better than we had stayed in while at University. We knew these had to be in the city centre yet at the same time to be in the most peaceful locations we could find. Easy access to both NUA and the UEA was a must. Hand in hand with being fully furnished and thoughtfully designed our goal was to offer, with this flagship accommodation, great value for money.
Our experience was that we must provide a warm friendly atmosphere and make the move into student life away from home as stress-free as possible with a focus on wellbeing. This is why we have created Princes House.

In Princes House we believe in giving everyone the same great experience and making individuals of all backgrounds and preference feel welcome. Everyone is made to feel safe, supported and encouraged.

RELAX
We take care of everything in your apartment. Including the light bulbs. Come to reception, check out the fish in the marine aquarium while you have a coffee and a chat. That new bulb will be in quicker than you thought possible. We are always happy to help.
SECURITY
The video entry system is where your electronic toggle lets you in. Also from where friends or deliveries can contact your video phone in your apartment and you can see and talk to them. CCTV coverage in PH helps make us all feel comfortable in our community.
